Legendary guitarists from Jeff Beck, Alex Lifeson, and Johnny Winter to Billie Joe Armstrong and Charlie Starr, trusted and sought out his bench, while top industry guitar techs considered his pickups to be their secret weapon.
Whether collaborating with Eric Clapton's tech, Lee Dickson on recreations of Clapton’s iconic Blackie and Brownie Strat pickups or working alongside Stevie Ray Vaughan's tech, René Martinez to rewind some of Stevie's original Strat pickups from his most iconic guitars, David’s approach has always been rooted in precision and collaborative problem-solving. Throughout these years, he also spearheaded signature pickup projects for major guitar industry brands, including PRS, ESP, Ibanez, and Godin.
