Free Shipping (Dealers Excluded):
We offer Free Worldwide Shipping on orders over $199. We reserve the right to choose the best free shipping option with tracking. You will also have the option to pay for expedited shipping but this does not change the time it takes us to process the order. Please see Processing Times below.

International Shipping:
Orders shipped outside of the US will be subject to taxes, duties, and other fees. We do not know what the fees are nor do we include them in our shipping costs, so the customer will be responsible for paying these fees upon arrival. Please contact your country's customs agency for more information. We will not under any circumstance falsify customs information to get around these fees and we may also require signature for proof of delivery.
NOTE: For any packages that get returned to us from the carrier as denied, undeliverable, refused, etc, will be subject to a 15% restock fee that will get deducted from your refund. You will also be responsible for the additional shipping costs if we need to re-ship the package again.
Delivery Times:
Please note that delivery times are estimated times and may vary depending on location or time of year. If you do not receive your package within the estimated time frame, please allow 7 more days before filing a claim with us. Most of the time your package will arrive within those 7 days.
Processing Times:
It is our goal to ship as quickly as possible but it may take 1-3 business days for us to process your order depending on the current work load. We appreciate your understanding and support!
