Pickup Warranty:
We offer a LIFETIME warranty against any manufacturing defects on all of our new pickups to the original owner. We thoroughly test each pickup throughout the entire build process and stand behind our products 100%. On the rare occasion a problem may arise, please contact us at info@brickhousetone.com so we can have to opportunity to fix the problem as soon as possible. Your satisfaction is our mission.
Any issues with pickups that are "Original Equipment" on a guitar must be handled directly with the guitar manufacturer. No exchanges or returns for the pickups are allowed on these guitars.
NOTE: Warranty is void if the pickup is modified from its original condition in any way. This includes misuse, abuse, aging the pickup, removing the covers, or modifying the leads. We also do not cover normal wear and tear such as corrosion or any other acts of nature such as water or fire damage.
Prewired Harness Warranty:
We offer a 90 day warranty on all prewired harnesses to the original owner.
PLEASE NOTE: Prewired harnesses are considered custom and built-to-order. Therefore they are not eligible for return or exchange. We test them thoroughly after assembly, so please contact us if you have any problems. Please note that any alterations or modifications will void the warranty.
Pickup Return and Exchange Policy:
We have a 30-day return/exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your pickup(s) to request a return/exchange. We offer a one time even exchange for any of our stock pickups and you will be responsible for any difference in cost. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on non-stock custom (made-to order) pickups or apparel.
To be eligible for a return/exchange, your pickup(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. All returns for refunds or cancellations after the order has been processed are subject to a 10% restocking fee that will be deducted from your refund.

If your return is accepted, you will be responsible for shipping costs back to us and you must provide tracking information. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
